Affluent Business offers a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with seamless touch-points About the Role: The Product Management team member is required to drive the HNW proposition of the Bank by building a top line premium proposition for clients. The job holder is expected to identify and harness opportunities for Affluent segment across financial products by creating top of the line premium proposition for affluent client and establish proposition at par with Affluent/HNI proposition offered by Private and Multi National banks. The Product team member is also responsible for driving premium product and lifestyle innovations and for the design and delivery of differentiated service experience Key Responsibilities Design and execute strategic alliances with luxury brands / partners catering to specific needs of HNW clients Leverage on the events conducted by BANK to acquire quality HNI clients for the Bank Monitor marketing activities, implement effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish given targets Provide assistance to channel partners by conducting training programs, ensure seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market Provide constant service support to the Channel Partners/Distributors on Service and product proposition Enhance the brand image of the proposition with close association with Marketing team Identify and harness opportunities for HNI clients across financial products Gather competitor information and align opportunities for differentiated positioning of product and services Work with alternate channel leads to drive alternate channel usage and superior client experience Onboard new partners for deepening the wallet share of existing customers and acquire new to bank customers Drive innovative solutions, ways to engage and communicate with customers and relationship managers by driving the Customer to Group Ratio and Cross-Sell Ratio Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/Post Graduation from a recognized university Relevant experience of 6-8 years. Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure Keen observation and strong business acumen to identify areas for improvements Project management
