About the Role:

This role is responsible for the entire Product Management and simplification of processes. This includes designing digital solutions for the NRI customers who are accustomed to global standard practices. The best in class product and service solutions should ensure that the bank becomes the preferred partner of choice for NRI across the globe. The solutions should be channel agnostic i.e it should work seamlessly across all channels like Branch, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance existing products, developing new products for various sub segments with competition benchmarking
  • Enhance the NRI Proposition across sub segments aimed at acquisition, customer engagement and cross sell.
  • System advancement and enablement to ensure faster and smooth flow of process thereby increasing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Roll out of Geography Specific Campaigns to boost number of accounts
  • Review and improve key processes for enhanced customer experience
  • Leverage Digital Channels to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines in the all the processes
Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • MBA / More than 5 years of Work Experience in BFSI Segment with preference of Retail Banking experience (NRI Liability Banking experience will be preferred)
  • Relevant experience in NRI business. Knowledge of alternate channels. Experience in NRI Digital acquisition, training, vendor management
Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
  • Knowledge of Digital Channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App
  • Good understanding of NRI KYC guidelines and regulations, Business as well as customer orientation, Energetic and good team player, Planning and organizing
  • Product designing and implementation skills
  • Analytical skills, Inter personal skills, Sound knowledge of NRI Liability products and Process. Training, Decision Making Skills, Strong convincing skills.
  • Should be a self-starter and capable of working independently, and collaborating with various stakeholders
