He/She will need to Deliver the plan in the E Commerce Channel including E Grocers like Big Basket, Flipkart, Grofers, Amazon etc. and across food tech companies like Zomato, Swiggy and Faasos.Job ResponsibilitiesThe job responsibilities include :(a) Deliver Revenue/Volume goals for their specific set of customers In a sustainable manner(b) Meet profitability objectives for their portfolio of customers.(c) Build strong business relationships with all relevant departments at customers including buying teams, supply chain, finance and senior management wherever possible.(d) Deploy customer management tools like Scorecards, Joint Business Plans and update the same on a monthly & quarterly basis respectively.(e) Develop promotion plans and deploy marketing budgets so as to ensure growth in revenue and penetration.(f) Facilitate the hygiene of commercial processes - reconciliation, debit note accounting and any other process that would enable the timely payment from customers.(g) Ensure high level of engagement with customers vide Monthly reviews, Facilitating Top to Top Engagement etc. (ref:updazz.com)
