RESTAURANT MANAGER, 4 Star Hotel, 2-5 yrs exp, Kochi Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to staff. Service Excellence: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for the restaurant. Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking corrective actions to enhance the guest experience.Implement guest engagement and loyalty programs to drive repeat business. Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee special events, private dining, and banquets. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on restaurant performance. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service. Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and profit and loss management. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
