Guest Relations Executive (Front office \xe2\x80\x93 female),4 Star Hotel, 1-3 yrs exp,Kochi Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Check-In:
  • Guest Assistance and Support:
  • Guest Engagement:
Proactively engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Collect feedback from guests and relay this information to the management team.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • VIP Guest Services:
Identify and provide personalized services to VIP guests, including recognizing and catering to their preferences. Arrange special amenities or services as required.
  • Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with reservation and room assignment processes. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the guest relations team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Support and communicate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus). Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hotel industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A warm and welcoming personality with a strong guest-service orientation. Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
