Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with reservation and room assignment processes. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the guest relations team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Support and communicate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus).Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hotel industry.
