Description : Radar Perception - Senior Technical Lead Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking technical enthusiast & technical team lead with a strong automotive radar technology and perception knowledge with inclination to work in the areas of autonomous driving. Key Job Responsibilities: Radar Perception Algorithm and SW development Component SW integration with overall System SW configuration Development of Algorithms and logic for ADAS system perception Enhance team and technically lead Radar Perception SW Development Report Project Status to various management stakeholders Responsible for various RADAR perception SW modules Basic Qualification: Bachelor\'s/Master\'sDegree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or similar fields of engineering & technology Experience: 6- 9years Knowledge of radar perception & Signal processing Knowledge of ADAS component and system perception algorithms Knowledge of ADAS network and HW Experience of Algorithm development Good programming skills in Python, C/C++ Experience working with GIT, Jira, Confluence or similar Technically lead team(s) Preferred Skills: Professional experience in the development of the following algorithmic domains- Object Detection, Probabilistic methods, AI/ML, localization, tracking, sensor fusion Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python Strong understanding of RADAR signal processing and principles of tracking & estimation. Practical experience with radar target detection (e.g. for analysis or perception) Experience in statistical data analysis Understanding of sensor calibration Previous experience working in automotive domain Good communication skills Knowledge of Automotive SW development Standards Qualifications To be filled by HM
