Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements, perform gap analysis and design solutions Design and develop ETL processes to consolidate heterogeneous data into a centralized platform Utilize critical thinking and understanding of business issues to solve complex technical and business-related problems Interact with clients and engagement teams to coordinate project work and ensure client satisfaction Work with team members to build analytics solutions and present them to senior management and/or clients Provide input with respect to firm\'s internal technology initiatives and investments Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Manage personal and professional development including expanding consulting skills Actively participate in practice development activities, such as new project proposals, RFPs and firm eminence activities Essential Technical Skills Experience in data management, processing and analyzing transactional & historical data with competency in a variety of analytics tools and programming languages such as, but not limited to: Traditional DBs: SQL Server, SAS, Teradata, Oracle, Postgres Programming: T-SQL, PL/SQL, Base SAS, Python, R ETL: SSIS, Informatica, SAP BODS Data Wrangling: Alteryx, Knime Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView Good knowledge in data modelling, data quality, and data profiling is a must Strong data warehousing skills with ability to design robust data models Strong understanding of Advance Analytics Techniques using AI & ML Demonstrate problem solving and proven troubleshooting skills Experience in building data analytics solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure is a plus Knowledge in any business domains preferably Manufacturing, Pharma, CPG (Lines of Business / Finance/ Risk functions) Internal Audit (Business processes & controls) Desirable Certifications MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Finance Certification in Cloud (AWS/ Azure / GCP) Data analytics or AI/ML Certification in SAS or SQL Server or Other relational databases or big data platform Certification in Data Visualization - Tableau, Power BI, QlikView Benefits At Deloitte, we know that great people make a great organization.
