The team you'll be part of

  • Global Business Services - Record To Report
  • You will be responsible for handling interfacement managment, IDOC Monitoring, Reporting and Resolution
  • Monthly Accrual
  • Stakeholder Managerment (LocOps, Regional Accounting, TAX Teams etc
What you will learn and contribute to
  • Analyze and review current processes on main responsibility area of Interface Management
  • Stakeholder Management and Reporting
  • Implements process improvements and ensure alignment / acceptance of all relevant contributors and stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains related process documentation and training materials.
  • Involvement in global projects related to process improvement, project coordination roles
As part of our team, you will:
  • Troubleshooting process problems, coordinating resolution, coaching users in correcting reported problems and creating issue prevention methods and tools.
  • Collects process requirements and issues that cannot be solved locally and escalates them to BE Global Concept owners, ensuring proper usage and maintenance of the Remedy management tool.
  • Executes special GL related transaction for Balance Sheet corrections.
Your skills and experience

You have:
  • University or college degree in accounting or related field with 3 - 5 year of experience
  • Experience with SAP FI module and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent written and spoken command of English is a must
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Good knowledge of common concepts is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Transformations Tools
  • Transformation Project experience
