ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Responsible for Employee Engagement, Performance management, employer branding and CSR initiatives
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index by implementing various employee engagement initiatives
- Working closely with the Business/Delivery to ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures
- Creating policy awareness and ensuring compliance
- Handling the entire employee life cycle from Onboarding, Induction to Exit Management
- Employee engagement charter - Planning and executing
- Facilitating the Performance Appraisal process - Confirmation appraisal, Fresher appraisal, Annual appraisal, IDPs, PIPs, etc
- Employee Retention and proactive initiatives towards the same
- Executing and facilitating the entire Rewards and Recognition framework
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Partner with the RMG and LnD team towards talent management including Bench resources
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proven experience in employee engagement and performance management
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Collaborative and good interpersonal skills
- Assertive and Empathetic
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- PG/MBA in HR or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the IT Services Industry as HR Professional
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
