For this role we believe you have relevant education and 2+years of experience in data analysis, data management and data representation or developing various performance tracking tools. Very good and proven leadership capability, direct or indirect . Result oriented with high commitment to business goals by delivering results and making things happen . Experience of confident and clear communication with various audiences . Able to deliver business results through a data driven strategy though the use of tools .Hands-on experience in the latest trending business analytic tools such as Office 365, Power Platform tools, SQL, Python, Google analytics, etc.

  • Good understanding of business strategic landscape and evolving company Strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of global modern digital trends and ability to adapt new trends with various existing digital solutions
  • Knowledge of legacy databases as well as data warehouse architecture and ETL (Extract Transform Load) in SQL
  • Advanced technical knowledge in BI Tools (QlikView, Cognos...)
  • Very good knowledge of supply chain and how its key functions are interacting in the noncompliant workflow
  • Good level of English both written and spoken
  • Highly motivated to learn, develop and implement new digital solutions and ways of working
  • Interest to build trust and partnership with different stakeholders to reach common goals
  • Motivated to share information and deliver key messages clearly and effectively in different forums
  • Motivated to go beyond the technical aspects of a data model to understand the \xe2\x80\x9chow

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities (text) To steer all activities and create a frame to improve, synchronize and support the business flow for all involved partners with a high focus to develop an efficient and simplified information technology landscape.
  • Lead action plan work for the non-compliant Quality workflow and develop the agenda to support INGKA QSC business, propose priorities and goals in line with the company strategy
  • Act as main interface between QSC business and IT development, to continuously optimize the working procedure and lead the creation of system change requests
  • Secure high information transparency and communication within QSC
  • Responsible to provide knowledge for new released working procedures for QSCs and support stakeholders
  • Contribute to INGKA QSC Business Support team and support INGKA activities to improve the non-compliant workflow process
  • Lead and establish tools for performance follow up, to enable the QSC and all parties involved in the non-compliant workflow for improvement in customers quality experience
  • Lead and set standards as country superuser for key applications
  • Lead, inspire and steer QSC team to use better ways of working, processes, frameworks, and tools in correspondence to modern technologies and digitalisation approach
  • Support key stakeholders with performance statistics to enable an efficient establishment of Product and Supply Quality workflow
  • Contribute to QSC management team to develop IKEA non-compliant flow process regarding better way of working, frameworks, requirements to contracts and tools and promoting learnings from experience and sharing good practices
