Purpose of Job
IMCD has introduced a global regulatory and quality questionnaire center, where customer and
principal questionnaires will be handled, filled in, checked and distributed back to the requestor
efficiently on-time, correct and fast to enhance customer service time and quality while reducing
double work.
The GRQC Specialist will fill, enrich and maintain a global questionnaire database in our
document management system (Hyland) that will enable global customer service centers to
access, make queries and find answers quickly regarding products and principals.
The GRQC Specialist serves as a global resource regarding questionnaires and regulatory
information indeed as well as having a thorough understand of Europe (EU/EC regluations),
Americas, APAC, and Indian legislation relevant for our businesses. Main tasks and responsibilities
Filling regulatory and quality questionnaires for our food businesses globally & serving as in-
house regulatory expert for internal & external stakeholders
Fill & ensure the regulatory database tool and data flow
Clean product data to ensure appropriate classification, standardization and de-duplication
Update product information based on principal information and market updates, analyze red
flags and application/ geographical/ export restrictions with seeded and user defined attributes,
digital assets, product relationships and product configurations
Localize product data for a specific organization, trading partner or target market
Achieve timely delivery of questionnaire to global internal stakeholders for distribution and
(<48h) and provide support to APAC RAQS team including local HSEQ staff
Track all information & data; on-time communication with internal/ external stakeholders for
smooth work flow
Maintain and monitor clean, standardized and validated product data in systems and
coordinates this within the organization to support the business process Key Attributes
Experienced and skilled in the regulatory field
Well-versed with GHS (Classification and Labeling), dangerous goods transport, ISO 9001,
FSCC 22000, HACCP FDA/ USFDA; cGMP; FSMA; 21 CFR; Pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur.;
USP, JP, Other); Pharma Chemical Code/ Codex Alimentarius EU Reg. 231/2012; FEMA/
EFSA
Co-ordinate with multiple agencies, ability to self-initiate & finish and is skilled in implementing
new initiatives
Manage expectations of diverse internal customers
Execute and deliver high quality within set time with a flexibility to switch priorities when
desired
Apply process thinking and obtain clarity from data through data-mining
Self-motivated, results driven, well-organized and conscientious individual with excellent

Positions that report into this role: None Essential Qualifications
M.Sc in a technical discipline (chemistry, toxicology, food technology)
Strong knowledge of the food safety / feed (FDA/ USFDA/ EU Pharma) and cosmetics
legislation chemical regulatory field (GHS, REACH, transport legislation)
Basic understanding of IT systems (MS office, ERP systems, data analysis) Essential Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for handling questionnaires
