Quality Development function is responsible for planning quality during product development. We are inviting passionate engineers to take over the quality planning in the QD team for complex electronic devices and systems, especially for safety relevant products in Electronics domain

• Supporting the analysis of technical customer requirements and ensuring they are implemented within the product engineering process (APQP)
• Supporting the implementation and application of quality tools and methods within the development process (incl. System Engineering, Mechanical Design, HW and SW)
• Performing reviews to ensure process compliance towards internal and external automotive standards and customer requirements
• Supporting the definition of the project-specific quality strategy including quality targets and milestones in agreement with product development and maintaining the quality manual
• Tracking of project teams during the development process with the objective to achieve defined quality targets
• Supporting the agreement of product-specific test items and methods with the customer
• Preparing and updating quality planning documents for product and process development by using existing processes and methods
• Coordinating the initial sample inspection activities with the customer, preparing the initial sample inspection report according to customer specifications and achieving series release from customer
• Tracking the relevant quality activities of the different quality roles within the project related quality team
• Ensuring that the processes, methods and tools in development are used in the intended scope
• Preparing and supporting project reviews and project audits from quality side; monitoring the resulting measures
• Ensuring that special characteristics are identified and controlled
• Preparing regular quality status reports in cooperation with the superior to support and inform the respective management levels
• Supporting root cause analysis, definition of corrective and preventative actions including effectiveness check after implementation
• Supporting in managing customer quality interface
• Preparing and supporting customer assessments and audits, project reviews and project audits
  
• Knowledge of PPAP, DVP&R,FMEA and Problem Solving tools ( 7QC,8D and Six Sigma DMAIC)
• Hands on knowledge of SMT & Hardware schematic/ Layout
• Awareness of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Functional safety

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• B .Tech/M. Tech in Electronics/ Mechanical
• More than 5 up to 9 years
