a~ Working experience on CMMI dev model or equivalent quality system Implementation, preferably should be an ATM or FAR member

Hands on Experience in waterfall & agile technology.

Root cause analysis, matrics analysis.

a~ Should be able to do audits, reviews on projects, get metrics of projects

a~ Should be able to handhold project teams on process implementation

a~ Should be able to do metrics analysis

a~ Should be able to report the project health and drive improvements

a~ Should be able to mentor project teams on the best process to be followed

a~ Should be able to make presentations to customers

a~ Should be passionate about quality and process

a~ Should have good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

a~ Exposure to Project Management background

a~ Preferable to have some exposure to statistical techniques

Role Details:

a~ Facilitate the process and delivery responsibilities.

a~ Identifying the best suited process for the project/account

a~ Mentoring projects teams to implement processes

a~ Driving process improvement initiatives within the group

a~ Conducting quality related trainings

a~ Facilitating project governance mechanisms - reviews, audits and track the project health

a~ Interact with senior management - provide visibility

a~ Interact with customer - provide visibility

Job Details overview:

• Working experience with ISO 13485:2016 - Medical Devices - Quality Management System and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System)
• Exposure to HIPAA Compliance environment
