• The Role
  Work closely with Lead, AM to identify areas of improvement for the team and create an action plan. Monitor results to track action plan.
• Perform analysis of discrepancies between analyst and QC
• Track & share observation wise accuracy, error contribution to the quality, and RCA for the team - by clients, by month/week, etc
• Weekly Dip checks to identify areas of improvement/track progress on changes
• Correlate analyst queries vs focus areas from the discrepancy dump, to identify high-impact areas of improvement
• Analyze monthly assessment results (from PE) and identify an action plan to address gaps
• Audits for individuals/observations to drive improvement in process performance
• Perform areas of improvement for low-performing Analysts and identify training need
• Testing new rules/process changes with required samples before implementation.
• Provide data analysis support on a need basis to the Leadership team
• Collaborate with CSMs to drive re-review accuracy
• Testing new rules/process changes with required samples before/after implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Transition teams to drive process improvements

Prerequisite

• 1 year in SmartDrive
• Good at Feedback & Coahcing
• Proactive in identifying the business problems

What You’ll Bring

• Conduct defect management activities to include problem identification, issue research, analysis, and documentation
• Work closely with the Rev Ops for Real Time monitoring, inflow, and Volume control.

Education:
Graduate
Experience / Eligibility:

• 1 year in SmartDrive
• Strong people skills - able to communicate with colleagues while building credibility and rapport, modifying the behavioral style to respond to the needs of others while maintaining objectives. An organized individual who is very detail-oriented and can develop plans necessary for teams to meet specific goals
• Problem-solving attitude
• A team player that works hard, admits his/her strengths and weaknesses and has the flexibility to improve by learning new things
• Ability to work seamlessly with others
• Focused and having the zeal to learn new technologies.
