- Quality Analyst (External)
Position Title:Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required)
Experience:1-2 years (Preferably in an international BPO)
Reporting to:ATL/TL
No. of Reportees:NA
Budget Upto 3.6 Lacs
Key Result Area (KRA):
Audit inbound and outbound transactions as per the internal quality guidelines.
Ensure that regular reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to enquiries from other departments.
Liaise and ensure good working relationships with other key management personnel e.g. operations, sales and training.
Conduct mock call sessions to certify new advisors before they go live.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff/management must have excellent written and verbal skills : English
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Comfortable in working with both qualitative & quantitative data/information
Good analytical ability.
Should be self-driven and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Should have good multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
Notes:
Transport is not provided by the company due to the shift timings. (NO CABS)
Shift timings 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
The selected person will be on probation for minimum 3 months before getting confirmed for this role.
The role does have incentives.

Training and Assessment:
5 days of process training
Leave request cannot be entertained during the training/assessment days
On successful clearing the accreditation staff move to operation from training
Staff will be on probation period of 03 months wherein certain sets of objectives will be agreed with the line manager which will be evaluated on monthly basis
Staff clearing the probation period will be considered as confirmed employee of SBS
