Job Description
Basic knowledge in Vehicle Manufacturing Process
Basic knowledge in Automobile including Vehicle systems, functions, features and new technology
Able to work with a fast-paced environment, and decision-making skills
Ability to adjust approach with respect to regional cultural differences and team player
Must work in North America Time zone
Preferred in Automotive experience in PVT / Quality / VRT / Warranty CRC
Experience working in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access), Share point Must have proficiency in English, Effective communication (Verbal and Written), Preferred of knowing any of following IT tools and its application in
- Alteryx, GCP, Qlik sense, Tableau and Data Cubes
- Java coding, SQL, Python, PEGA
- Advance Excel including VBA Program and Dashboard
Able to Work in Ford applications like GSAR, QARS, BSAQ, ECB, QR2 etc. Customer verbatim and warranty issues analysis for vehicle lines and support Global Platform Quality team Verbatim categorization like Function, VFG, CCC and Clarifier level Analyze Big Data and visualize it (including creating graphs, summarizing results, and preparing presentations) Preferred of knowing statistical tools and methods for experimental data analysis including Global 8D, failure analysis, six sigma, correlation methods and fitting distributions
