Designation: Quality Analyst Requirements :
Decent communications,
HSC/Grad with 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst from an international or Domestic BPO background( good knowledge of how a Quality analyst functions in a bpo). Roles & Responsibilities:
Giving quality feedbacks to the agents for a travel process.
Maintaining Quality checks and help agents improvising on their CSAT.
Maintaining their AHT. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 941,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Schedule:
