QC Executive \xc3\x98 Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product or service quality. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation. \xc2\xb7 Generate reports on quality performance and trends. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible. \xc2\xb7 Identify and investigate product or service defects or deviations from standards. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). \xc2\xb7 Provide training to staff involved in quality control activities. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes and disseminate relevant information to the team. \xc2\xb7 Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality control processes. \xc2\xb7 Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods and tools, if applicable. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections or audits. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components received from suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve supplier performance. \xc2\xb7 Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality. \xc2\xb7 Investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and communicate with customers as necessary. \xc3\x98 Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, science). \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in quality control or a related role. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001). \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis and quality software. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
