Opportunity with NPL BlueSky Automotive Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for Adblue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid - DEF) business as a QC Executive who will be based in our plant at Gandhidham. ABOUT COMPANY : NPL BlueSky Automotive is a Technical Joint Venture formed between Nandan Petrochem Ltd. (NPL) and Kruse Group of Germany to manufacture and market AdBlue\xc2\xae in India. The objective of setting up this company is to supply AdBlue\xc2\xae to OEMs for their first fill requirement as well as to service their vehicles using the SCR Technology on the road. The KRUSE-Group is the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) expert for system solutions all around the trademark product AdBlue\xc2\xae. Since 2005 the European producers of commercial vehicles, and also recently the automobile industry worldwide have been trusting AdBlue\xc2\xae as the SCR exhaust gas after treatment in the reduction of NOx emissions. It is one of the largest suppliers of AdBlue\xc2\xae in Europe. COMPANY WEBSITE : www.velvex.in/adBlue JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE : 1. Testing of : a. Process/Batch Samples of DEF (Adblue) b. Testing of Raw Material/DM Water/Urea/Raw Water c. Testing of Packaging Material 2. QC Clearance / Approval : a. RM / Batch and QA / QC samples. b. Packaging material. c. Bulk despatch. 3. Preparation of standard solutions & chemicals. 4. Calibration, Rectification & maintenance of QC instruments. 5. Documentation\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, CRM, ILC, etc 6. MIS\xe2\x80\x93 Scheduler (Calibration / PM / AMC / Disposal,etc 7. Compliance of IQA/Customer Audit/HO Audit. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a QC Chemist in manufacturing industry (Chemicals, pharmaceuticals or liquid products preferred)
• Should be a B.Sc.(Chemistry) graduate.
• Should have experience of doing testing using instruments..

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 350,000.00 per year Benefits:
