Overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance system.
Implement, control and monitor the quality system, issue of quality manual and its amendment. Organize internal audit and review of quality system as assistant.
Handle customer complaint.
Investigate and set standards for quality, health and safety.
Monitor performance, supervise CSE staff.
Proper coordination and communication effectively with subordinates, environment and service staff and consultants.
Review and enlist vendors.
Maintain records of suppliers and vendors
Vendor evaluation as per plan
Identification of the training needs of the departmental people.
Responsible for all works in designing absence of the Quality Manager.
Analyze the customer needs
Ensure customer information through coordinating with the field force
Maintain a strong one to one relationship with customers
Take action plan for acquiring, maintaining and upgrading customer
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
