Sanmed Healthcare are the manufacturers & suppliers of Antiseptics & Disinfectants. We are hiring QC executives - 2 nos . And the position is placed at Factory location( 25 KMS ahead of Shamirpet). Education - BSC / MSC Chemistry Experience - 2 - 5 YEARS The Executive is in charge of the QC activities and shall co-ordinate the activities of all the functional areas in the department in absence of Head-Quality control.
A quality control Executive plays a vital role in the output of a company\'s business. They are expected to arrange special activities and events to test out the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of a product or service to maximize its quality.
The Executive has the authority to approve or reject the Raw Materials, Packing materials and a finished product based on analytical results and has the responsibility to control the non-conforming products.
To ensure the calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment/instrument is done as per the pre-approved schedules.
Sampling & analysis of Raw materials, Sampling & analysis of Packing materials
In-process & Intermediate, Volumetric solution preparations & standardization
Preparation of water trends, Stability samples analysis
Preparation and revision of documents (Specifications/STPs/ RTR/RDR/COA/ Protocols/ Reports)
Instrumental analysis/Method development/Method validations
Shall be responsible for identification, initiating action and verification of effective of corrective action regarding Process/Product in co-ordination with the Plant Head.
Responsible for preparation and review of standard operating procedures related to QC.
Preparation and review of specification and test procedures for Raw materials/packing materials/in-process materials/finished products.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
Responsible for developing the analytical procedure for new Products.
Responsible for the stability studies for commercial packs of Marketed products.
Responsible to study the stability of developed products in the package proposal. Responsible for implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for implementation of training programme in Co-ordination with Plant Head, HR & QA.
Responsible to ensure the sampling of raw materials/packing materials/in-process materials/finished products are done as per the respective SOP\xe2\x80\x99s
To ensure the raw materials/packing materials/in-process materials/finished products are tested as per respective specifications and test procedures.
Responsible for the clearance and destruction of the rejected Raw Materials and Packing Materials. Job Type: Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
