Roles and Responsibilities

• Analytical method Validation as per HPLC/GC/UV/FTNIR Instruments as per product requirements and provided references standards
• Assay of Raw material, in-process sample and Finished Goods sample as per sampling plan
• Relative substance determination and dissolution of the incoming samples
• Process Validation for HPLC/GC/instruments
• Problem solving of the instruments
• Assay & organic solvent estimation from GC
• Flavour analysis, Product analysis, cross comparison with batch wise analysis
• Shelf-life sample evaluation for Flavors
• Polyphenols, caffeine, curcumin contents analysis.
• Extraction process knowledge as per product requirements
• Planning and follow-ups for AMC and Preventive maintenance of the all the instruments (HPLC/GC/UV/FTNIR).
• Method Validation.
• Report/Results interpretation

Ensure that all the required inspection and tests are carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior work experience in ISO, GMP, ISO approved industries
• Experience in QC department, in Food/Pharma / Nutritional / testing lab.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Quick Learner
• Co-ordination skills
• Shall have good interpretation skill.
• Masters / Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field /B. Tech Chemicals /B. Sc. Chemistry/M. Sc Chemistry

Apart from being a large supplier for local customers, HP also firmly engraved its roots in the international tea trade, trading with middle eastern countries on a very large scale. In 1933, with a view of selling to the Mumbai citizens as well, HP started Hasmukhrai & Co, with its first shop in KalbadeviBy the late 80's, Hasmukhrai & Co had become the market leader in the tea industry in Mumbai. However, sensing that the customer would prefer convenience and would change traditional tea buying patterns, Hasmukhrai & Co launched tea in a packet form in '91, which was available across retailers in Mumbai and later Maharashtra, in the name of Society Tea
