Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring the product meets established standards consistently including reliability, usability and performance.

• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures

• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and prepare the report

• Responsible to investigate lower RFT, OOS, Quality Deviation and return goods and prepare the investigation report.

• Collect and compile statistical quality data

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

• Responsible for involvement in ISO audit/FOD audit/Plant audit/QC alignment activities/Document control.

• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

• Perform dispatch and provide line clearance for the dispatch.

• Responsible to develop Packing material.

• Responsible to maintain supplier qualification documents and compile customer questionnaires

• Responsible to review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.

• Responsible for document management systems

• Monitor risk management activities

• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
