Job description: Taking care of day-to-day Operation, Employee Management, Billing and cash maintenance, Customer handling, and maintaining company policies, the store is well lit, ventilated, and offers a positive ambiance to the customers.Work Location: Kadugodi, Bangalore.One of the major responsibilities of the Store In-Charge is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store. It is his key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smileHe is responsible for managing the assets of the store. The security and safety of the store are his responsibility. The store manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being "out of stock".He along with his subordinates is responsible for planning, managing profit, and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.He must ensure that the store is free from pilferage.The candidate should have good communication and Leadership Skills, System knowledge of MS Office.Educational qualification: 12th Pass (2nd PUC) or Any Degree. Languages: English, HindiExperience minimum 2 to 4 years in Retail Field (Customer handling & Employee management)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per monthBenefits:
