Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Automation Tester to design develop and execute automated test scripts that ensure high quality software delivery The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automation frameworks and toolsKey ResponsibilitiesTest Automation Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web mobile and API applicationsFramework Development Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks and libraries to improve test efficiency and scalabilityTest Execution Execute automated test suites analyze results and report defects promptlyIntegration Integrate automated tests within CICD pipelines for continuous testing and feedbackCollaboration Work closely with developers QA and product teams to understand requirements define test strategies and ensure quality coverageDefect Tracking Log track and validate defects using tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps or similar platformsMaintenance Regularly review and refactor existing automation scripts to ensure they remain effective and up to dateReporting Generate and communicate test results metrics and automation progress to stakeholdersRequired Skills and Qualifications3 6 years of experience in test automation within agile development environmentsStrong experience with at least one test automation tool or framework such asWeb Selenium Playwright Cypress TestNG or CucumberAPI Postman RestAssured Karate or SoapUIMobile Appium or EspressoProficiency in scripting or programming languages eg Java Python JavaScript or CSolid understanding of QA methodologies SDLC and agile testing principlesExperience integrating tests with CICD tools Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps etcFamiliarity with version control systems Git BitbucketExcellent analytical debugging and problemsolving skills
