Job Description

The role seeks an experienced software tester in Indore to standardize and execute testing procedures, develop test cases, and enhance automated testing capabilities to support company growth. The ideal candidate is proactive about elevating testing practices and ideally has experience with document control and document management systems.

• Create, maintain and improve software test cases and procedures;
• Perform regression tests for our Quarterly releases;
• Continuously test features created by your Product team;
• Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, acceptance, and performance testing;
• Design, execute, and analyse performance, load, and stress tests to evaluate system scalability and stability;
• Identify test automation opportunities and collaborate with the Test Manager to get these opportunities on the roadmap;

• A bachelor's degree or a master's degree;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester or similar role; * Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both in teams and autonomously;
• Knowledge of and experience with business applications and IT systems;
• Good understanding of testing methodologies (e.g. TMap or ISTQB);
• Hands on experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG and/or Karate;
