Job Responsibilities: * Strategic Partnering - Will be using business understanding and drivers to align people strategy- Work on areas like OD, capabilities and culture

  • HR integrator - Collaboration and representation of HR within the business - E2E people processes
  • Capability builder - A trusted advisor of organizational effectiveness to build competitive advantage - Works towards dynamic people planning and high performing unit
  • Cultural enabler - Anticipates and explains the effect of business decisions on employee engagement
  • Insights - Effectively sourcing and analysing data to bring in more organization and people insights
HR process ownerships :
1. Workforce Planning and lifecycle management for workforce with matrix reporting
2. Attract, select and on-board requisite talent

3. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Manage target setting and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
5. Enable positive work environment to support business need by creating employee engagement initiatives, which reinforces the desired culture and behaviours
6. Grievance handling.
7. Facilitate design and implementation of training programs based on business and employee needs
8. Conceptualise and support business with HR metrics and dashboards
