Your profile

• Responsible for independent sourcing of electrical commodities such as HV and LV electric motors, Synchronous motors and other related electrical items with strict compliance and has to adhere to organizational system and processes.
• Good knowledge of supplier base both in India and overseas suppliers,
• Should have good techno commercial acumen.
• Must have excellent negotiation skills.
• Should be able to maintain excellent business relations with suppliers.
• Should have knowledge of electrical items manufacturing process.
• Continue monitoring of progress & ensure on time delivery as per PO.
• Should have through knowledge of vendor development for electrical items.
• Should be flexible for adaption of change of priority and work accordingly.
• Should have basic understanding of electrical items and its process.
• He / She is responsible for converting PR to PO within stipulated time frame.
• Knowledge of SAP system is essential.
• Must be a good team member and ready to work and support cross functional team to achieve organization\'s common goal.
• Should be ready to travel as and when required.
• Needs to perform his/ her duties passionately and with energy keeping in mind ultimate requirement.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills which is required to perform his/her day to day activities as this role demands global communications

Preferred:

Education Qualification:

BE / B. Tech in Electrical engineering. Candidate with qualification of MBA is preferred.
