Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Purchase Engineer / Purchase Officer

Experience :- 1+ years

Location \xe2\x80\x93 Karjan

Working Days : 5 days

Education : B.Tech (Electrical)

Work Experience :

• Working Experience in Machine manufacturing Organization
• Capabilities/certificates/ training received
• Should independently handle Purchasing related activities and work on MRP.

Management skill (leadership/influential, etc.): Lean thinking

Social skills (communication /teamwork /Attitude/etc.) :

• Sound communication and negotiation skill,
• Problem solving skill.
• Loyal, Honest, Responsible, Reliable and teamwork

Foreign language : Fluency of oral and written in English.

Computer skill :

• knowledge of working in SAP
• Sound knowledge on working in MS Excel

Age : 22 ~ 30 Years

Superior/Report to: Lead Purchase

Job responsibilities (main tasks) :

• Responsible for work on MRP, PR screening, conversion into PO and arrange order confirmation as per requirement.
• Regular follow up with suppliers and arrange parts on time as per requirement.
• Responsible for minimize inventory level by timely rescheduling of POs.
• Responsible for ensuring zero missing part during assembly.
• Tracking rejection if any and resolve that issue on urgent basis.
• Responsible for maintain supplier\'s OTD as per target.
• Coordination with various internal departments for daily routine work.
• Responsible for outstanding reconciliation and resolve.
• Responsible for subcontracting process and various purchasing related work.
