Shift: US-Shift (Night Shift: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) Job Length: Fulltime Job Duties:

• Help us in the process of finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process
• Complete RFQ documentation and follow up.
• Prepare quotes.
• Continuously update of RFQ pricing database library to contribute to the effective processing and competitiveness of RFQ’s

• Support the procurement specialists with paperwork for bid packet creation and submissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or relevant field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good documentation skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be agile and an excellent negotiator, drive creative solutions & self-starter.
• Maintain and update the CRM tool
• Ability to successfully navigate simultaneous multi-level projects and tasks in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel desired and additional quantitative skills preferred.

• Strong understand of purchasing fundamentals.
