Currently, we are having an excellent opening with our esteemed client for a Purchase Assistant. Company is basically into Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes and Furniture making. They design & manufacture enhanced elite kitchens. They are into designing kitchen accessories for 8 to 10 years. Job Brief:
We are searching for a well-organized, energetic Purchasing Assistant to help the Purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks. The Purchase Assistant responsibilities include researching market trends, maintaining relationships with both vendors and clients, inspecting inventory, and updating relevant spread sheets and documents. Job Responsibilities:
- Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes.
- Placing and tracking orders.
- Assisting with analysis and reports.
- Assisting with the inspection of goods.
- Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations.
- Maintaining knowledge of market/industry trends.
- Checking Invoices aginst materials
- Degree in Marketing, or similar.
- Previous retail experience recommended.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
