RESPONSIBLITIES: \xe2\x97\x8f To own the P&L from the publisher monetization function \xe2\x97\x8f On-board new publishers and manage the publisher network. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyse inventory yield and optimize to deliver better yield. \xe2\x97\x8f Acquiring Demand partners. Build a robust demand ecosystem. \xe2\x97\x8f To own the Publisher client relationship as the face of Datawrkz. \xe2\x97\x8f Improve Publisher experience and retention \xe2\x97\x8f To work with the publisher BD team, internal Ad-operations team and senior management to drive business insights and develop new business opportunities \xe2\x97\x8f As the SPOC from the operations team, plan, own and lead the implementation of new strategic initiatives of Datawrkz \xe2\x97\x8f Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients. QUALIFICATIONS: \xe2\x97\x8f Graduate degree in any discipline. MBA is preferable. \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Ad Networks / Trading Desks / Agencies \xe2\x97\x8f Should have handled large and regional publishers as an Account Manager \xe2\x97\x8f Experience using complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes. \xe2\x97\x8f Extremely good with number crunching and data analysis. Thorough with advanced excel application \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with web applications, web forms and web servers ideally with HTML or JavaScript knowledge. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge to use debugging tools like Fiddler, Firebug etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Has worked on ad servers like Xandr, GAM 360 and video ad serving platforms. \xe2\x97\x8f Has worked with Supply Side Platforms such as AdX, Pubmatic, Magnite among others \xe2\x97\x8f Conceptual clarity about technologies such as header bidding,oRTB, mediation, rich media ad serving, First Party Data among others Good to have: \xe2\x97\x8f Experience In App Monetization will be an added advantage \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in ad-operations \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in a Start-up organization Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9900,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
