Techolution is looking for an energetic Proposal Writer who is involved in the proposal process, crafting clear and compelling proposals that engage our target audiences. We\'re looking for a skilled and imaginative individual with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the proposal process. Position Title: Proposal Writer Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Working hours: 5 PM - 2 AM IST/ 2PM-11PM IST Employment Type: Full time Working days: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: . Lead a team of proposal professionals in the development and submission of high quality proposals. . Develop and implement proposal processes, tools, and best practices that maximize proposal quality and efficiency. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies that align with business objectives and capture customer requirements. . Manage proposal budgets and ensure cost-effective proposal development and production. . As a creative and innovative thinker, you\'ll have the opportunity to work closely with our product development teams to develop compelling innovation sales proposals that showcase the unique value of our products and services. . Conduct quality assurance reviews of proposals to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and customer expectations. . Prioritize proposal workloads, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery of proposals. . Take ownership of the proposal process from start to finish, including proposal planning, coordination, and final delivery. . Develop and maintain pre-sales operations, including lead generation, qualification, and management. . Work closely with AI, Enterprise Cloud and Product Innovation teams to develop compelling innovation sales proposals and showcase the unique value of our products and services. . Mentor and train proposal staff to ensure continuous professional development and organizational readiness. Required Skills: . Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor proposal staff. . Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and workloads effectively. . Ownership mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. . Experience with pre-sales operations and lead management is a plus. . Strong creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing compelling proposals that showcase the organization\'s unique value proposition. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposal content. Preferred Skills: . Strong knowledge of the IT Industry. . Expertise with Pre- sales operations. . Good to have Innovation as a service proposal development from scratch. . Familiar with research and organizational skills. Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Technical Writing). . Proven track record of leading successful proposal efforts, including large, complex proposals for government and commercial customers. . Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. . Expertise in proposal development tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. . Familiarity with industry-standard proposal development methodologies, such as Shipley or Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
