• Responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ and meet deadlines at the earliest
• Documentation work (Proposals, Whitepapers, Case studies, Presentation, Web contents)
• Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
• Quickly learning about Company services and offerings, Technologies and Market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional team
• Quickly able to adapt to corporate environment and requirements
• Communicate and influence at a middle and senior level.
• Excellent time management / prioritisation skills
• Willing to work and coordinate as a team member.

Required Skill sets:

• MBA/MCA/Engineering graduate with IT background
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Excellent written English language skills are essential for this role
• Experience of coordinating / managing and updating a knowledgebase system is also desirable
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Cloud Computing, Data Storage, Analytics & Management, Managed Services, RPA, AI & Machine Learning
• Additional knowledge in CRM, ERP, SCM, SaaS, ITSM, DWH etc would be added advantage
• Knowledge in SDLC
• Fluent in MS Office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• An understanding of the IT sales and presales process
• Build close working relationships and trust with the team.
