We\'re seeking a Property Valuations Analyst to join us in delivering on our mission of providing quality real estate services to lenders, appraisers, agents, brokers etc.. As part of the team, you\'ll be responsible for reviewing market data and making comparable home selections to predict home sales prices. The role will include regular analysis of historical valuation accuracy and coordination with our network of in-market agents to obtain price opinions that drive home value analysis. About the Job: The ideal candidate must exhibit a professional customer service approach and team-oriented attitude, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. Valuation Analysts must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Analyze real estate collateral to determine an estimated value, using comparable ("comps") data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin and others
- Research local U.S. real estate markets
- Create exhibits for reports
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
- Conducting real estate value estimates within established turn times and accuracy thresholds
- Working independently, while effectively prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines
- Identify risk factors associated with a property and quantify the estimated exposure
- Performing regular portfolio analysis and sharing insight
- Presenting analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- 100% Excellent English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in real estate appraisals/real estate or banking
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with real estate transactions, including the MLS
- Working knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and judgement skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
- Night shift
- US shift

- Are you comfortable commuting to the job location (Noida)?
- Are you proficient in speaking and writing English?
