Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units-Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Mission s tatement: Support the project team members and especially the Project Quality Manager on several quality topics related to the project. The Project Quality Specialist scope depends on the project where the role is applicable to a variety of tasks highlighted in the document based on applicability and resource need. The Project Quality Specialist has an important role to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & sub-contractor quality, completion, and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Develop MTP based on contractual requirements. Maintain and update the data in the MTP. Preparations of inspection notifications based on MTP. Uploading documentation to xECM and PIMS of FAT-reports. PIMS user management (adding new users training of Hitachi Energy, contractor and company staff ordering of VPN connections for non-Hitachi Energy users First line of support for PIMS (\'how to .\' reset of passwords, technical issues etc) for project members. Collection and uploading of data into PIMS (which equipment and what ITRs based on ITPs). Compiling of final plant documentation (request of document numbers extract records from PIMS and add in xECM Other PIMS maintenance issues (update of email addresses and logins for the same etc). If needed, uploading of completed paper ITRs into the system. Create the HVDC plan for customer feedback (T-NPS) surveys based on project portfolio and schedules. Provide support and guidance in the Salesforce tool. Follow up T-NPS score, response rate, comments, and trends. Collect and inform business and application owner of T-NPS on improvements and requirements. Your Background Education Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience. Should have knowledge in ISO9001 knowledge. Knowledge in tender, project & site quality. EPC / HVDC experience is added advantage. Knowledge of test coordination and how to read SLD, equipment lists. Knowledge of Salesforce & customer feedback. Knowledge & Experience MS Office: Word, Excel. Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.
