To build and deploy end to end IT solutions for business and markets, involving configuring and integrating st andard applications with minimum customization or software development. Is having excellent knowledge of the scrum framework with all its artifacts and techniques. Position Description: # Coordinate sprints and scrum ceremonies like daily scrum ca lls, retrospective etc. # Coach team members for the agile way of working # Tracks the sprint status and reports to the relevant stakeholders # Facilitates the communications with PO, BA, Technical Architect, integration teams and any other stakehol ders teams # POC for the communications with client and or stakeholders # Resolves hurdles and conflicts # Effective communicator # Managing the timelines for the sprint and release. # Coordinate with the test team for the sprint US # Coordinate with PO client for the sprint demo # Drive the kaizen plan for bringing the improvement in the delivery Position Requirements: # Expert in the Agile methodology and scrum framework # 8 years of minimum experience as scrum master role for SFDC Sale s Cloud is required. # Excellent communicator. POC for the communications with multiple stakeholder and dev team. # Ability to lead and drive the Sprint. Capable of resolving the conflicts for ensuring the delivery is on track # Publish the sprint s tatus to the stakeholders # Coordinate with relevant stake holders for managing the sprint product backlog # Facilitate the sprint grooming daily stand up and retrospective calls..
