ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leads onboarding team to support automated deployment of the application infrastructure and maintenance with IaC Provide automation expertise in support of advanced cloud infrastructure solutions using a CI / CD pipeline Provide guidance on cloud native capabilities, Identity and Access Management (IAM), certificate management, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access to AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) and cloud-based security controls Develop documentation for Playbooks, Runbooks and GitHub repository Troubleshoot issues with cloud services or access to cloud resources Integrate with Security products like ClearQuest, AppScan, Fortify, etc Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts Work hours based on the request to perform product operations RELEVENT EXPERIENCE Expertise in provisioning and maintenance of cloud application workloads in AWS Cloud Ability to use git, bitbucket, TFS or other centralized code repositories for version control and automate deployments, Experience with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) Experience with complex virtualized network configurations and integration with a physical network infrastructure Troubleshoot and break-fix support for applications and integrations Triage incidents with customers engineering teams Understanding of RDS (MYSQL, PostgreSQL), Redis, Docker, Kubernetes (ECS, EKS), Kafka, Zookeper, Spring, Kong, React, Java, JS, Auth, Angular EC2 (Windows, Linux), IAM Experience with Security products is an added advantage Experience in an Agile development environment Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global team Excellent communication skills QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree with 8-12 years of industrial experience, 5+ years of experience leading the professional services team and onboarding customers on a multi-tenant SaaS product with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, JS and Related DevOps Toolsets in AWS Cloud Job Functions Cloud Deployment Lead
