ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Skills: Cloud Deployment Sub Skill: Understanding Java full stack Responsibilities Lead a team of talented prof service engineers Configure and deploy Cloud-based security product in Single and Multi tenant environments. Serves as a member of onboarding team to support automated deployment of the application infrastructure and maintenance with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Integrating with Security products like ClearQuest, AppScan, Fortify, etc Troubleshoot and fix onboarding issues with application, cloud services and 3rd party integrations. Providing automation expertise in support of advanced cloud infrastructure solutions using a Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipeline Providing guidance on cloud native capabilities, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Certificate Management, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access to AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPC), Databases, API Gateways and Cloud-based security controls Developing or updating documentation for Playbooks Work out of hours based on the request to perform product operations and to work with the engineering/support teams Relevant Experience Having good leadership skills and must have led a team of Senior Engineers Prior experience in deploying, configuring and implementing cloud-based SaaS products Troubleshoot application, configuration and 3rd party integration issues Expertise in provisioning and maintenance of cloud application workloads in AWS Cloud Triage incidents with customers engineering teams and escalate as necessary to internal teams or engage 3rd party support. Understanding of following technology stack o RDS (MYSQL, PostgreSQL) o Redis o Docker, Kubernetes (ECS, EKS) o Kafka o Zookeper, Spring, Kong o React, Java, JS, Auth, Angular o EC2 (Windows and Linux), IAM Ability to use git, bitbucket, TFS or other centralized code repositories for version control and automate deployments, Experience with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) Experience with complex virtualized network configurations and integration with a physical network infrastructure Experience in Patching and Upgrading applications and infrastructure in AWS is desirable Experience in implementation of Security products is an added advantage. Able to effectively work in a group, or as an independent individual contributor, Experience working in an Agile development environment is an added advantage. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global team.
