ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- "Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve program goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred."
