ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES &ltp>&quotResponsibilities: Innovation: Work closely with subject matter experts/clients to identify high potential use cases, help them define and execute rapid prototypes and proof of concepts. Project Management: Lead development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on foundation models. This involves defining project objectives, scoping requirements, creating project plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of AI Engineers specializing in foundation models. LLM Model Development and Deployment : Closely work with team to guide in the development and implementation of LLM models in client\'s environment exposure on scale and deploy Generative AI apps using Azure OpenAI services (LLM ops) Technical expertise: expertise in data augmentation techniques & their effectiveness, Advanced NLP - Transformers and Attention Mechanism, Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Retrieval Augmented Generation using GPT-4, Semantic Search & Summarization, prompt engineering. Integration with other apps Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicating initiatives and progress to senior management and non-technical stakeholders. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders Talent Acquisition and Development: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a high-performing team. Identify talent gaps, promote skill development, and create opportunities for professional growth. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support the career progression of team members. Data Privacy and Governance/Responsible AI: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing data governance practices to maintain data/LLM security and quality. GenAI Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap for foundation models. Contribute to the long-term vision, goals, and innovation initiatives of the organization. Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest Gen AI advancements, industry trends, and research papers. Encouraging research and innovation within the team to improve capabilities and explore new applications. Qualifications: BE/MS in computer science and business analytics, MBA preferrable with 10+ years of overall experience Rich experience in the in advanced analytics, data science and AI/ML space Hands on practical experience in building models and managing AI models preferrable experience of executing internal POCs or early adopter solutions with clients in Gen AI space Deep understanding of Intelligent prompt design and engineering, k-shot prompting, prompt injection, chain of thought & advanced techniques Has working knowledge in GAN, Prompt design, vector databases like Pinecone, Langchain frameworks, Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments.
