• Responsible for Forex and insurance process and increase of leads and conversions for the finance team through premium users.
• Increasing utilzation of VAS like accomodation, mentorship, courier services.
• Has to continuously own this process and find ways to increase utilization through better partnerships and easier and efficent processes and work along side the product team and finance teams
• Ensuring regular updates and training on products and VAS offering for counselors and the student success team
• Responsible for managing the premium mentor network for coordination with students, counselors and mentors and increasing it as a Value Added Service (VAS) with potential revenue generation

Key Performance Metrics and Targets:

• >60% of premium students to avail loan disbursement through Yocket Partners
• Lead Conversion for Accommodation services - >50% of the leads generated (qualified leads) should book accommodation through Yocket

Ideal Skills:

• Critical thinking
• Problem identification and problem solving
• Responsible and independent owner of task with a entrepreneurial bent of mind to own tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Ideal to have overseas education industry experience (not mandatory but good to have 0-3 years experience)
• Familiarity with analytical tools and google data studio etc.
