Responsible for managing a E2E project of Telecom/Wireless with close coordination with all stakeholders internal & external for successful execution and completion

Project Manager - RAN Integration - Ericsson Responsible for managing a E2E project of Telecom/Wireless with close coordination with all stakeholders internal & external for successful execution and completion. Responsibilities: Significant wireless/telecom program management experience. Should support the E-Node-B Integration Services. Experience working with Remote Integration support and War room support preferred. Strategic thinker & executer who can still plan and drive projects at a detailed level. Will require to schedule, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders. Management report/dashboard should be updated and shared in regular frequency to management team. Should be ready to adapt to any new changes in technology, process and guidelines and should ensure respective teams adheres to the same. Assisting in generating new ideas and Process improvement plans. Must be able to prioritize & escalate problems or variance in the plan to the relevant stakeholders and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met. Liaise with Field technician/Managers for all field activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting etc). Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations. Essential Qualification and Skills: Master or bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with minimum 70% score. Holding an equivalent MBA degree will be beneficial and will prove an added advantage. Should hold a position of Project Manager in current organization for more than 1 year. 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Telecom Industry. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with LTE network architecture and functionalities. Should have good working knowledge of the Ericsson RAN KPIs, latest HW/SW release Should have strong skills on Project Management of UMTS, LTE, 5G, Small Cell, DAS platforms. Should possess good data analytical skills. Added advantage for candidates who have worked for telecom operators in US/UK/EU countries. Preferably some experience of ATT tools & Documents - Autoform/EPADD/RFDS/CIQs etc Preferably some experience on ATT network Active certification on CAPM/PMP/PRINCE2 would be another added advantage. Should be an expert in excel, power point, word. Ability to learn and understand technologies outside of core skill set Should be familiar with Project management tools & Software's. Working Conditions: 9 Hrs. of Shift timings which includes Night shifts and odd shifts but extended availability beyond shift timings is required to respond customer emails and calls. (Cab facility will be provided for one way if shift login or logout timings fall at odd night timings when working from office). Ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on the Project requirement. Night shift allowance as per company policy will be provided. Remuneration As per Industry standards
