What You Will do: .This position will be responsible for the document, and manage the product requirements, test requirements and quality requirements for the T&E portfolio ( including Hardware and software). .The position will lead the ongoing adaptation and deployment of tools such as JAMA, JIRA, etc. .The position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part requirement manager, administrator, part quality analyst and part trainer. .The position will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the tools, qualification of the tools and associated processes. .The position will manage the relationship with the software vendors and be responsible for documenting and updating internal processes and procedures, in relation to these software tools, for the quality system. What You Need: .Bachelor\'s degree or above in Engineering or Technology management (preferability Mechanical/ Biomedical / Electronics stream). .At least 8+ years of experience in Requirement Management. .Good understanding of System engineering and requirement analysis. .Knowledge of JAMA, Jira or Magic Draw tools\' workflows, and permission schemes is preferred. Qualifications & Experience: .Good understanding of system engineering and Requirement Management. .Administrative ownership of the tools such as Jama software requirements management tool and Magic Draw visual modeling tool. .Work independently with members of the business to define and document the scope of new development requirements in an Agile environment. .Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. .Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. .Perform and own tasks including, but not limited to: oUser account maintenance. oCreate filters and custom reports or dashboards for each project, as needed. oCustomize workflows for multiple projects and maintain configuration of the tools. oManage release cycles and validate the software tools. oUpgrade, backup, and baseline the project folders within each software tool. .Work closely with Quality engineering team for compliance. .Demonstrated project management skills. .Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. .Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. NICE TO HAVES: .Understanding of engineering lifecycle phases and design control processes. .Experience validating third party tools to comply with Quality Management system and to follow FDA guidance is preferred. .Knowledge of System Modeling, Requirement Management and Test Management best practices when working with multiple concurrent programs is preferred. .Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment preferred. .Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 is preferred. .Previous R&D and sustenance engineering experience is preferred. .Experience with hardware defect tracking processes is preferred. Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): .
