• Experience \xe2\x80\x93 15 to 20 years in real estate contract company
• Education \xe2\x80\x93 BE / ME Civil
• Must Require \xe2\x80\x93 Mivan shuttering residential project experience (High- rise & 100 meter)

• \xc2\xb7 Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
• \xc2\xb7 Predict resources needed to complete project
• \xc2\xb7 Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
• \xc2\xb7 Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• \xc2\xb7 Manage costs in order to meet budget
• \xc2\xb7 Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• \xc2\xb7 Manage construction schedule and activities
• \xc2\xb7 Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• \xc2\xb7 Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• \xc2\xb7 Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• \xc2\xb7 Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
• \xc2\xb7 Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• \xc2\xb7 High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and management skills
