Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all statutory approvals are applied and obtained before start of execution work.
- Create tender documents for various packages, vendor evaluations along with SCM and award contracts.
- Monitor construction execution time, cost, Quality and EHS compliance.
- Ensure project handover and acceptance by the Customer/Location/Facility Management Team
- Support for capitulation of asset, ensure documentation and Project Closure.
Education & Experience
- Qualified Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
- 4-5 years experience in real estate project management.
- Good knowledge of green/brown field construction, fitout , Relocation and major maintenance projects. location management activities
- Knowledge of Lease Management & Real Estate Management
- Experience in MNCs in similar portfolio, and handled the medium size projects.
- Able to maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
