Job Title: Project Manager

You are responsible for

• Life Cycle Manager for Respiratory care Installed Base of Product(s)/Product line(s).
• Manage the obsolescence and product issues.
• Ensuring business continuity and revenues.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints, production issues, CAPA actions and FSN\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Manage the multi-disciplinary cross functional team (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory,) to realize results.
• Prepare, plan, track and coordinate cross functional teams located across geographies and manage project deliverable.
• Coaching and supporting junior team members.
• Works with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the Quality System, FDA design controls, and global regulatory agency requirements.
• Responsible for creating end to end engineering release schedule to qualify products with new suppliers & release to production \xe2\x80\x93 this is the most critical aspect of the job responsibility & project management excellence is critical for success.
• Responsible to ensure product requirements are fully defined to enhance quality through transfer projects, this would involve reverse engineering as needed.
• Ensures team is staffed effectively and utilized to the fullest potential to most efficiently complete projects.
• Provides ongoing status reports to the business leadership team, highlighting opportunities and risk mitigations.
• Accountable for overall delivery of project in line with QMS and PDLM process as per the agreed multi-site Quality Agreement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Experience in technical project management is must.
• Experience in design cycle of high-tech electronic components, assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong project management skills is a must with ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers; proven ability to manage relationships at all org levels.
• Knowing and understanding broad business perspective.
• Knowledge of project management strategies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability in working in a complex/global environment.

Education/Skills:

• Have a Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field (E.G. Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• 12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a high-tech industry with a focus on working with suppliers for design changes & product launches.
• PMP certification highly desired.
