Facilitate and support the delivery teams in defining and deploying the processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead a group of QA & also understand the business and associated project activities, customize the standard framework and metrics to suit the needs of the project, assist delivery teams to adopt defined process framework
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct project reviews/Process compliance audits with delivery at all the levels to identify process gaps, and delivery risks and assist the project teams to close the gap
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct training on Quality Management System & tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate project teams in conducting Post Release Analysis using effective tools to understand Best Practices, Areas of Improvement & Causes of failure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support in conducting Account Level Reviews during Client visits, understanding their perspective and getting their feedback on the project teams
Years of experience needed \xe2\x80\x93 Level 7 (15+ yrs of experience)
Technical Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in various life cycle modules \xe2\x80\x93 Agile + devops, Waterfall, Testing, Maintenance, Project Management & associated tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on in terms of incident management/release management/Application development & testing.
Process Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in implementation of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI Development and Services Level 5 process areas.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge in CMMi High Maturity practices and use of Statistical techniques
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge in Agile Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, methodologies. Preferred Certified Scrum Master
Behavioral Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Client focused with regards to Project delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be a Team player
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner
