JOB DESCRIPTION

\xe2\x97\x8f Leading optimization, continuous improvement activities of development process

\xe2\x97\x8f Managing and facilitating resource management (both human and infrastructure) allocation and workload to be highly effective. Develop project plan incorporating resource, time, skill level requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Handling project deliveries, project management, test management, risk management, support people management

\xe2\x97\x8f Analysing, understanding, reviewing the requirements, change requests from functionality, functional flow, impact, risk and customer usage point of view

\xe2\x97\x8f Working closely with vendors, implementation partners, architects, developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

\xe2\x97\x8f Training provided for business level requirements, process, work execution in JIRA to over 350 global team members including OEM. Handling data requests, dashboard, reporting, leading scrum meetings and client- stakeholder joint meetings

\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively remove blockers and mitigate project risk maximizing team productivity and ensuring on time delivery

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing and maintaining documentation related to validation/testing and modification of business processes, systems. Reviewing project deliverables and executing deliveries

\xe2\x97\x8f Proactively taking initiative in gathering information, investigating issue root cause, identifying potential solution, resolving issues

\xe2\x97\x8f Facilitating review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, client

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge and experience in handling high end automotive electronics, test benches, test equipment\'s
