JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities for this position Manage multiple Flow Engineered solutions Projects to accomplish and/or exceed customer\'s specifications, project schedules, financial goals, and quality standards. Ensure good project management standards and best practices are implemented always, including material procurement, project implementation, up to the successful commissioning of the project at customer site. Lead the proposal handover meeting, internal & customer kick off meetings & Customer meetings Report the progress regularly to Internal Stakeholders and the respective WA Management via Projects Status / Operations Review Meetings Develop Project execution plan & execute project according to plan while ensuring the overall project objectives including scope, cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction are accomplished & Company health, safety and environmental policies are complied Serve as a Primary Focal Point of contact for customer, supplier, and internal staff & an escalation point for project issues for assigned projects Managing the project consistently and applies Contract & Change management, in accordance with DMS policies and Contractual agreements Good Communication (Verbal and Writing) skills and ability to drive and participate in all aspects of Project Management. Provide sales support on both engineering and commercial issues for systems projects Ensure accurate and competitive cost estimation for major systems project pursuit Responsible for estimating and securing adequate and competence resources for each project in alignment with project schedule Desired Educational Qualification Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering with at least 10-15 years of experience in Process Control Industry and Project Management. PMP Certification is highly preferred MBA in Management (preferably Operational Management) Technical Skills / Knowledge Required Oil & Gas Industry equipment, Instruments, Piping and structural work Minimum of 10-15 years\' experience in process control industry and project management Computer literacy essential with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications [Excel, Work and PowerPoint] essential Proven skills in the use of project tools (such as MS Project) and techniques. Good knowledge in application of various types of meters for gas & liquids measurement, good working knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API, API MPMS, ISO & other industry standards related to Oil and Gas measurement services Location: Pune
